A young IT entrepreneur is offering small businesses the chance to establish themselves on the Internet with a bang.

And 25-year-old Tjobbe Andrews of Lower Brailes is offering the service at what he says is just a fraction of the price of other Web design companies.

His enterprise Site Creative is a one-man-band and offers a unique Internet start-up package specifically tailored to the customer's need.

"Usually companies charge between £500 and £1,000 for a small five-page Web site. I can put one together at a fraction of that at just £300 because I don't have their overheads," said Mr Andrews, who works from home.

"Because I work on the project from inception to completion I really understand what customers want; they're not passed to different people for different things. And I offer a unique design, something which no other company in the area or even nationally does as far as I know. Other design agencies would just use generic templates which means you can end up with the same design as someone else, maybe even a company's competitors!"

Though aiming at small scale business, Mr Andrews is willing to turn his hand to any project including Web sites for local charities and organisations.

He has more than six years experience in Web design, including a one-year spell in a busy design agency in the heart of London.

His designs have been used all over the world, with one being downloaded nearly 100,000 times, and his work has been used in a Web development book as a design example.

All Site Creative Web sites are made according to the latest standards and Mr Andrews takes note of Internet laws and recommendations, is experienced at catering for disabled users and specialises in Search Engine Optimisation.

He said: "Web design is a competitive field; just in this area there are about 24 companies and individuals doing it. But I'm confident I can deliver to the same standard if not higher than them; I have a real eye for detail and really take pride in my work, striving to be the best for my customers."

As well as all things superhighway, Mr Andrews is happy to deal with promotional elements like company art work and logos, and producing leaflets and business cards. Site Creative is currently running a competition to win a start up package. For more information visit www.sitecreative.net.
